Born to Rochester, New York, Sharp was an avid musician and was a clarinet player as well as piano and cello at the highly regarded Hochstein School of Music. Sharp's love for theatre at school led her to apply to The Boston Conservatory, where she received a scholarship. Cum Laude graduated with a B.F.A. from the Conservatory, Sharp set her goals for the stage. Sharp performed on The Broadway National Tour of Carousel The show debuted Off Broadway as Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and played eight different roles in the comedy that is interactive Eat the Runt. Sharp also appeared in Abyssinia as well as Aida. Some of her other roles included: Thunder Knockin', Jitney and The Producers. Apart from her roles in stage and screen, Sharp has several other creative projects that she has written or co-written. Sharp is still performing and is working on an album of full length. Sharp has a habit of being either in front of or behind the camera and in the recording studio for music, also is a fitness enthusiast. Sharp studies Krav Maga along with boxing. Sharp likes to play piano, hike and take long road trip. Sharp has a home in Los Angeles.
