Ariel Winter (born Ariel Winter Workman on Janurary 28th, 1998 in Los Angeles California) is an American actor, singer and voice actor. Ariel began her career in acting young, playing a Cool Whip commercial at age six. When she was 7 Ariel landed her first television role on the CBS sitcom Listen Up! After these roles followed, she was able to be a part of Monk Bones & ER. Gretchen Gretchen, from the Disney Original Channel series Phineas and Ferb's Gretchen played her part in 2007. In the following year she was able to get her breakout live-action role as Alex Dunphy on the hit television show Modern Family.
