Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise was an American singer, actress, and a writer. She is most well known as Ginger Grant from the TV series Gilligan's Island. Her stage work began in the mid 1950s when she appeared in Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. After that, she performed in a number of Broadway shows before becoming the most famous on stage with Li'l Abner in 1957. The same year, She released Her first album of songs, called It's Time to Tina. Louise debuted in Hollywood in God's Little Acre which was a dramatic released in 1958. She performed the role of Griselda the main character of the movie. During this time she joined the Actors Studio in New York and formed a connection with Lee Strasberg as his student. Louise joined CBS in 1964 as Ginger Grant. Louise Balfour managed to juggle between Broadway as well as Hollywood portraying somber character as opposed her perceived image as a glamorous doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1, and Helen Magnus on Sanctuary. In recent years, she's also become the most sought-after director for popular television shows like Supernatural as well as The 100. Her birthplace was in Essex on August 28th 1965. She and her family moved to Toronto at the age of three which is where she spent the rest of her childhood and adolescence. When she was chosen to play the role as Samantha Carter, she moved to Vancouver in 1997, and was there ever for the last ten years.
