Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is well-known American cookery book author and Emmy Award-winning host on Food Networks current oldest show Barefoot Contessa which began in 2002 and aired 27 seasons until 2020. Ina was employed at the White House as a writer of nuclear energy policy documents and also the budget. In the beginning, she found her work to be intellectually stimulating, but eventually lost interest and opened a speciality store for food called Barefoot Contessa. After selling the store it took her an entire 18 years transforming it into the most successful shop. Many different cookbooks and magazines were later published. The Food Network television program also began and rapidly gained popularity. She sells many things, from food ingredients cooking to kitchenware and storage. Ina never went to a cookery school nor was she employed in a dining establishment. Her education is completely self-taught. Ina's easygoing style of entertaining and her straightforward cooking style is well-known. Her most well-known recipes include Skillet-Roasted Lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
